The Swimming Swan is hiring seasonal swim instructors to work in Delano CA. We’re looking for people who love being outdoors, learning lifesaving skills, and working with a team and their community.

DETAILS

Seasonal, Part-Time

Up to 20-30 hours a week

Pool Hours: Vary depending on programming.

Duties: Teaching group swim lessons to students ages 6 mos.+

Pay: 18.00/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

Ages 16+

Have or ability to successfully complete an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification.

Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test.

Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable.

All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing.

Strong customer service background preferred.

Hiring, Training, Scheduling and Payroll, In-Service Trainings, Audits and more.

Our Team of Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Swim Coaches and Fitness Instructors are available for all of your facilities water safety needs. We work with schools, fitness clubs, hotels and casinos, municipalities, homeowners associations and various businesses in search of professional aquatic services.

Safety Training Course including CPR Classes available.
