Qualifications

1 year of lifeguarding experience and have access to reliable transportation
15 years old minimum
Current and valid ARC or equivalent certification including but not limited to Lifeguard, CPR First Aid and AED
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test
Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable
All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

We are a full-service lifeguard operations and pool management company. From our remote management team to our on-site Aquatics Facility Operators AFO’s and Certified Pool Operators CPO’s – we get the job done. From scouting the best available talent to conducting public certification courses, we manage all duties of aquatics for your communities maximum benefit. Hiring, Training, Scheduling and Payroll, In-Service Trainings, Audits and more.

Our Team of Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Swim Coaches and Fitness Instructors are available for all of your facilities water safety needs. We work with schools, fitness clubs, hotels and casinos, municipalities, homeowners associations and various businesses in search of professional aquatic services.

Safety Training Course including CPR Classes available.
