We’re looking to hire an experienced Lifeguard Coordinator for a pool partnership in Murietta, CA. Job responsibilities include supervising lifeguards and swim instructors on duty, aiding in staff in-service training, and eventually teaching lifeguard certification courses.

DETAILS
Seasonal Full-Time:
  • Up to 30-40 hours a week 
Pay: $20 per hour

We are an E-Verify participating employer. Upon hire, applicants may be subject to a background check and/or drug test per facility requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ages 18+ with a High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of lifeguard and/or swim instructor experience required
  • Current ARC or equivalent Lifeguard certification required
  • Current ARC Lifeguard Management course completion or enrolled required
  • Current (or ability to obtain) an ARC Lifeguard Instructor certification within 30 days of hire
  • 1+ year experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment verbal, swim, and in-water skills tests
