Swan Aquatics is looking for lifeguards to join our safety team. We will train you!

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Be able to swim and willing to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Enjoy working with people and understand the art of exceptional customer service
- Professional and mature demeanor
Pay rate and work hours: $20 - $22.50/hr DOE & certifications, etc.
Off season: Fri-Sun 10am-6pm
Peak Season: April thru September, 7 days a week, 10am-6pm
Job Duties
- Provide high quality surveillance and prevent guest injuries
- Administer first aid/CPR/AED or water rescue skills as needed
- Participate in monthly trainings with entire safety team to maintain rescue skills
- Knowledge and understanding of facility Emergency Action Plan
- Be familiar with facility rescue equipment and location
- Ensure a clean and safe aquatic environment
- Enforce facility rules to encourage guest and staff safety
- Write and maintain facility documents including daily safety checklists, accident/incident reports, witness statements and inventory sheets
- Above excellent attendance and job performance
- Clock in and out on time while avoiding call outs and over time
- Maintain self care with sun safety to avoid burnout and exhaustion
- Complete opening or closing duties as required per facility
- Maintain a rescue ready position while on the lifeguard stand
- Wears correct uniform at all times
- Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment to management team
- All other duties as assigned
